Apostle Chaney founded Rising to the Top Embassy International in 1998. Her ministry career, to this point, has shown that heaven has gripped her to confront, ignite and give expression to the moves of the Spirit for this and successive seasons in the body of Christ. She has worked in ministry for over 52 years and has had a rich experience in preaching, pastoring, teaching and training (seminar, prayer, leadership, and worship). She is also a life coach, business consultant, advisor, songwriter and recording artist Also, she assisted in starting five churches in the Tulsa area. She was commissioned as an Apostle in November 2018. According to 1 Corinthians 12:28, 29 and Ephesians 4:11 she believes and teaches the Christian church to conform to scripture’s divine order. This is done by being led and governed first by Christ’s apostles, secondly by His prophets, and thirdly by His teachers. Apostle Chaney has traveled across the U.S., Bermuda, and other Virgin Islands teaching and preaching the Word of God. She is nationally and internationally known. She is an anointed Speaker, Psalmist, and Worshipper. As a speaker, she has a unique teaching style utilizing demonstration and audience interaction. She carries a fresh apostolic/prophetic sound that pulsates with passion and spiritual intimacy. As a psalmist she demonstrates the spiritual maturity and growth of an artist who has consistently triumphed as a multi-talented songwriter and psalmist. As a worshipper, she sets the atmosphere so that you are transformed as you enter the Throne Room and Worship the King with her. In 2002 she recorded her first Prophetic CD “Thundering Praise and Worship.” This was followed by her second, “Apple of My Eye” in 2007. Her latest CD was released in March 2025 entitled “Still Waters.” She is also lead psalmist on several praise and worship CD’s and has assisted in producing her husband’s first CD in 2011 “Mindful of the Kingdom.” She loves to assist people in seeing life as an adventure; to take on a paradigm in which we view life the way God has always intended for us, as a life full of purpose and destiny. Apostle Chaney has a wonderful husband; Minister Keith Chaney and they have four children collectively.
